DISCUSSION:

Some places in Eastern Kentucky woke up to beautiful sunshine, but that quickly changed in the mid-morning hours as clouds rolled through. It will remain mostly cloudy at times in the evening hours, with thunderstorms forecast for the late evening and overnight hours.

YOUR FIRST ATTENTION: ONE WORD; COLD!

There will be some problems on Thursday. We will see highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s, but you won’t know unless you are awake in the middle of the night as we will see our highs during the overnight hours. Temperatures will drop throughout the day thanks to a cold front moving through. It feels like temperatures will be in the single digits and low teens to start your Thursday, so bottom line; Bundle up as you head out the door.

WEEKEND SNEAK PEEK

As we head into the weekend we are clearing out and slowly warming up, with highs in the 30s on Friday, mid 40s on Saturday and Sunday, we will see mid 50s, with a chance of rain late Sunday evening.
