There is a risk of freezing precipitation along the I-95 corridor from New York City to Boston over the weekend

Hundreds of accidents were reported across the Midwest as a fast-moving snowstorm blanketed Minneapolis

A storm system brought some of the heaviest snowfall of the season to places like Minnesota and Wisconsin on Thursday, making for treacherous travel across parts of the northern United States

More than 5 inches of snow was reported in Minneapolis, while Arcadia, Wisconsin saw at least 8 inches of new snow.

A 20 year old blind man Cat escaped a watery grave thanks to the quick action of concerned citizens and local authorities Massachusetts.

The Westford Police said they received a panicked call from a passerby who saw the cat floating on a piece of ice in the middle of Lake Nabnasset Westford Animal Control. The cat was about 40 feet from shore and circling the small piece of ice below it.

Before officers arrived, two good Samaritans stepped in to save the day. Armed with a shovel and a rowing boat, they braved the icy water and successfully rescued the cat from the icy trap.
