The Chromacopy The artist treated fans to a new video on Christmas Day called “That Guy,” in which he raps about Lamar’s GNX Titled “Hey Now.” He announced the release in a post on

“Merry Christmas. I had fun with this,” Tyler wrote, linking to the video.

Alluding to the success of his eighth and latest album, Tyler raps, “Hey, say now, get sticky like a hun bun / You’ll never be the main guy, you’re a plus one / 300,000 in four days.” Chromacopy / 12 days of gold, I won’t even drop a deluxe piece.”

The clips show him dancing through the streets of Hawthorne, California, where he is from, and flaunting his success with a Ferrari and designer clothes. He also included a verse about his surprise appearance at Lamar’s The Pop Out: Ken & Friends concert in Los Angeles in June.

“Lil Bunny hop out, you saw me screaming at Pop Out/Pandemonium like they took Pac out,” he says.

At the end, the video shows 33-year-old Tyler with his former Odd Future members Jasper Dolphin and Travis “Taco” Bennett before the cameras fade to black.

Fans’ comments were full of enthusiasm, with one saying: “Tyler on Kendrick’s beat is the best Christmas present.”

Another wrote: “You can tell Kendrick really inspires him and likes how he goes back to his roots where it all began, Hawthorne, California with some OF members/friends. It’s like a full circle moment. I’m happy for him.”

Also on December 25th, Tyler paid tribute to his debut album, which came out on this day in 2009.

“BASTARD was released 15 years ago. Thank you to everyone who has listened to anything over the years,” he wrote, full of gratitude because it all came true. Earl and I have to do ASSMILK; I did ODD TODDLERS on the Coachella main stage, how crazy?!? This album was made between the ages of 16-18. What a time. Thanks!”

In October, Tyler announced a world tour for Chromacopy in a one-minute video featuring Lil Yachty and punk rap duo Paris Texas. The shows begin in February 2025 and are scheduled to last until July 2025.

Lamar also announced that he will tour with SZA in 2025, co-headlining the two stadiums in the US from April to June.
