United HealthCare CEO Brian Thompson’s alleged assassin appears in new photos: NYPD

The NYPD released new photos of United Health Care CEO Brian Thompson’s alleged killer on Saturday evening – including one showing him wearing a mask and sitting in a taxi.

In one photo, the suspect can be seen looking directly into a camera while apparently peering through a divider window to speak to the driver.

In another photo, also from a screenshot of a car video, the killer can be seen walking through the street wearing a hoodie and a black down jacket.

The NYPD announced today that the killer’s backpack found in Central Park contained a jacket and counterfeit money from the board game Monopoly.

Thompson was shot Wednesday outside a luxury hotel in Midtown in a “brazen, targeted attack,” police said.

“The net is getting tighter,” Mayor Adams told reporters at a Police Athletic League Christmas party in Harlem on Saturday.

The mayor declined to say whether investigators knew the suspect’s name.

“We don’t want to release this right now,” Adams said.

The search for the suspect is entering its fifth day.
