HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Luigi Mangione, the man charged with murder in the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, broke his day of silence with an outburst as he was escorted into a Pennsylvania courthouse where he contested his arrest .

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said Tuesday that his office could seek a governor’s warrant to extradite Mangione’s return to New York, which would take 30 days.
