US squad named for 4-nation duel

The 4 Nations Face-Off is an international tournament hosted by the NHL and NHLPA and will feature teams of NHL players from the United States, Canada, Finland and Sweden.

Team USA will open the four-nation face-off against Finland on February 13 at the Bell Center in Montreal. The opening faceoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET and the game can be watched live on ESPN in the US. For the full Team USA schedule click here.

NOTES: Three players on the Team USA roster have won a Stanley Cup championship, including Matthew Tkachuk (Florida, 2024), Jack Eichel (Vegas, 2023) and Jake Guentzel (Pittsburgh, 2017) … All players, with the exception of Jake Guentzel, have previously represented the United States on the international stage. Boston University and the University of Michigan are at the top with four players each, followed by Boston College (3) and one each for Colorado College, Harvard University, University of Massachusetts-Lowell, University of Maine, University of Minnesota and the University of Nebraska.
