Vikings status after Week 14

Vikings status after Week 14

8. Los Angeles Rams (7-6)

12/28 (TBD) Cardinals (6-7)

Status: The Rams hadn’t scored more than 31 goals in a game this season until they scored 44 goals against the Bills. The 86 points between the teams are the most in an NFL game ever in which neither team lost a turnover. The NFC West could be in for a wild ending.

12/28 (TBD) @ Commanders (8-5)

Status: The Falcons gained 496 yards on offense but only reached the end zone twice in their fourth straight loss, which dropped them to second place in the NFC South. Atlanta’s schedule gets a little softer on the final stretch.

10. Arizona Cardinals (6-7)

Status: The Cardinals began their Week 11 bye 6-4 and leading the division, but three straight losses in which Kyler Murray totaled five interceptions have dropped Arizona to third place in the division. There is still a chance, but the flight plan has to change course.

11. San Francisco 49ers (6-7)

Status: With Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason injured, the Niners turned to Isaac Guerendo, who rushed for 78 yards and two scores and caught two passes for 50 yards. George Kittle (151 yards) and Jauan Jennings (90 and two touchdowns) made the most of their 13 receptions to help San Francisco stay within striking distance in the NFC West.
