Viral Era’s tour dancer reacts to tour ending, praises Taylor Swift

Eras Tour dancer Kameron Saunders opens up about his feelings following the end of Taylor Swift’s two-year, record-breaking tour.

In a post shared to his Instagram on Tuesday, the dancer, who became a Swiftie favorite over the course of the tour, shared that he hasn’t stopped crying since the final Eras Tour show in Vancouver on Sunday.

“I’m at a loss for the right words to sum up this entire experience and the last two years of my life, so please bear with me as I think about the best way to do this,” he wrote in a lengthy caption. “BUT what I can and am doing is thanking my boss!”

He went on to praise Swift for steering “the HELL out of this ship” across 149 shows in 21 countries and five continents.

“With attitude, confidence, heart, passion, kindness, utter bravery and love!!! Every SECOND of that with you I felt seen, honored, celebrated, valued, respected… Baby, I would follow you in ANY life, anytime, anywhere in any universe,” he continued. “It has been the honor of my life to be by your side night after night! I’m not going to get too carried away because I know your birthday is coming up and I probably have more overly sentimental shit to say. LMFAO 😂😂😂 But I love you! Thank you very much.”

Throughout the tour, Saunders was often seen onstage alongside Swift at some key moments in the show, including during performances of “Karma,” “22,” and the segue into “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” He gained popularity with fans at the start of the tour and rode that wave the entire time.

After the final show of the Eras Tour, it was announced that more than 10 million people attended the shows and the tour grossed more than $2 billion in ticket sales, making it the most lucrative tour of all time.

On Sunday, Swift took a moment on stage to thank fans for having the “adventure of a lifetime.”

“I speak on behalf of my band, my crew, my fellow musicians, who have all left their families and spent time away from everything they know and love, and who have performed when they were sick, when there was nothing in their lives was going on,” she said to the crowd. “You made this show happen for you and I just wanted to say that on behalf of all of us, we will never forget that you gave us this moment. Thank you.”
