Zoe Saldaña reinterpreted a classic black-and-white color palette in three ways in New York City this week.

This morning, the actor was spotted out on the town outside ABC Studios in a breezy look that epitomized spring – with a wintry twist. It consisted of a white summer dress with ruffles, short sleeves, a flowy skirt and delicate ties at the chest. The piece was layered over a longer buttery yellow base that reached Saldaña’s shins. To make the sunny look more suitable for the colder months, the Special forces: lioness Star styled the layered midi dress with sheer black tights and pointy black leather stilettos. She wore diamond rings, bronze makeup and a Christmas red manicure.

For her second look of the day, Saldaña slipped into a cozy ivory set consisting of a cropped crew neck and midi skirt. She paired the chic combination with black basics: a long coat that she wore over her shoulders, pointed knee-high leather boots and sleek rectangular sunglasses.
